SHIPPING POLICY
Tactical Industries, LLC ships in-stock inventory within 3 business days of paid order receipt. Pre-orders are shipped within 3 days of our processing inbound inventory and subsequent to full payment being received by Tactical Industries.
Our primary objective is getting you the correct item(s) in new undamaged condition. To achieve this objective we prepare shipments carefully rather than as fast as possible. We sell the finest products, handle them carefully, and pack and ship them accordingly.
All shipments are shipped insured. Once transferred to the shipping carrier, Carrier policies control the delivery, damage claim, delay and related matters. Purchaser assumes all risks associated with the Carrier and method they choose. Tactical Industries recommends U.P.S..
RETURNS POLICY
Tactical Industries, LLC wants customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase. Any products sold by Tactical Industries, LLC, except firearms or custom orders, may be returned within 30 days of purchase or shipping by Tactical Industries, LLC subject to the following conditions:
Customer must contact Tactical Industries, LLC and obtain a return authorization prior to shipping; Any item returned without authorization will be subject to a 25% restocking fee; The product must be in the original manufacturer packaging and in new undamaged and unblemished condition; Any worn, damaged or used items will not be issued a refund or credit; Tactical Industries, LLC does not pay shipping on return items unless agreed to by Tactical Industries, LLC. After receipt and inspection by Tactical Industries, LLC, we will issue the appropriate credit for return, which will not include shipping costs.
Exceptions:
All sales on reloading supplies and ammunition are final. Due to safety reasons we cannot accept returns on brass, bullets, or loaded ammunition.
Firearms may not be returned. Most firearms sold by Tactical Industries are custom and configured for the customer. They are of course subject to the manufacturer warranty.
Tactical Industries LLC sells products it believes are the highest quality available and for their purpose.
Manufacturer warranties protect many products we sell. Tactical Industries, LLC makes no warranty regarding these products. Warranty claims should be directed to the appropriate manufacturer.
Pre-Orders/Back-Orders are orders placed with Tactical Industries, LLC for products normally stocked by Tactical Industries, LLC, before Tactical Industries, LLC, receives the merchandise. These orders may be cancelled at the customer’s option prior to being shipped by Tactical Industries, LLC. Any deposit paid to Tactical Industries, LLC will be refunded on cancelled Pre-Orders/Backorders. Once they are shipped, normal Returns Policy applies.
Custom Orders for merchandise not normally stocked by Tactical Industries, LLC or for firearms may not be cancelled. After the custom ordered merchandise is received by Tactical Industries, LLC and invoiced to the customer, If the customer fails to pay the remaining balance within 21 days of invoicing the customer forfeits the deposit at the option of Tactical Industries, LLC.
